I wanted to know if you can include some stuff like pre-natal yoga, and the HD videos and meal plans can pregnant women follow it safely ? your program is only designed for regular folks.

I post workout videos I perform while pregnant and are safe for pregnant women. As always check with your Doctor to see if they are safe for you to do. As far as meal plans go, I run a 6 week healthy lifestyle program every quarter and the next quarter starts October 28th. I have more details on my blog on how to register. I will continue to post these workout videos until my due date, God willing!
