Good Morning Team,
In preparation for Cycle 23, I wanted to highlight some of the *Program Prerequisites due by Monday April the 10th*

1️⃣ Before pics; 3 separate angles (Front, Side, Back) in form fitting clothes, preferably sports bra and shorts. Do not take it in selfie mode. If you don’t have anyone to take these for you, flip the camera, set the timer (3 or 10 secs) and let the camera take it’s best shot.

2️⃣ Waist circumference (Measure 1 inch above your belly button while in exhale mode).

3️⃣ Initial weight (Weigh first thing in the morning on an empty stomach).
