The Jumpsuit Way Lifestyle Program is designed for men women aiming to improve their fitness levels and adopt lifelong healthy eating habits. This program is customized per individual as no two people are the same. Because it’s a lifestyle change, individuals will lose fat and gain lean muscle safely and slowly but effectively. Individuals should expect to lose an average of 1-2 lbs. per week if they stick to the program. Overall, this could translate to a 50-100 lbs.
The cost of the program is $99/month. This includes a free 45 minutes consultation, monthly meal plan, the jumpsuit way approved grocery list, weekly check-ins, 30 minutes 2x/week one on one workout sessions customized for you and surprise rewards when you reach your monthly goals. Facetime and Skype sessions are also available for long distance clients or clients who prefer to work out in the comfort of their homes.
