Having no time is no longer an excuse. There’s always time to do what’s important to you. And there’s nothing more important to you than your health. When it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, repetition and consistency are key. Results don’t occur over night but after a few months and even years of sticking to a healthy regimen. In the gym and in life, long term growth demands patience, consistency, self-discipline and hardwork. It’s simple…Go to bed 30 mins earlier, set your alarms to wake up 30 mins earlier and get in 30 mins of exercise. NO TIME? MAKE TIME!
Sandy, I must say you are my daily multivation. Each time I wake up in the morning feeling lazy to workout due to tiredness from babysitting my 5 Months old baby all night, I think of you. Yes I have not been able to join your program but I have been following you on Facebook. I workout and eat right too. So far since I started in January I have lose 15 pounds. Thanks for the multivation. I have very little time at hand but I have been able to make a difference in my life.
