Welcome Team,
I want to officially welcome all of you and thank you for joining Cycle 22 of The Jumpsuit Way Jumpstart Program. We will have our live Q&A orientation session this Friday at 5pm ET on 𝙕𝙊𝙊𝙈 to go over details in your program packet found under “Downloadable Guides” when you log into your account to access your lessons online. So be sure to log into your account and print out the downloadable guidelines. If you like to get a head start and check a few things off your list before Monday Jan 16th rolls around (D Day🤗), here’s your chance;

1️⃣Three compartment meal prep containers that will help with nutrition balance and most importantly portion control. I still use it religiously and most of my long and short term clients will attest to it. I have placed the link below and when you click on it, it’ll take you directly to the amazon site.

2️⃣A set of small/medium and heavy dumbbell weights. Depending on your fitness level 5-8 lbs could be your small/medium and 10-15 lbs could be your heavy. You can buy these from practically anywhere; Walmart, Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, Amazon, Marshall’s, etc.

3️⃣Loop bands. You can order online from amazon or check in stores listed above.

4️⃣A yoga mat (optional of you don’t mind working out on your carpeted floor). You can also buy it from the above stores/sites I listed.

That’s basically all you need to get started on this program. It’s an online training program, that you can do and workout from the comfort of your home and on the go. I look forward to working with each and everyone of you.
